Frequently Asked Questions

A rage room is a controlled environment designed to vent frustration and stress in a fun and safe manner. It involves smashing items with various tools, providing a cathartic release.

Our rage room team building activities create a unique bonding experience, encouraging teamwork, communication, and problem solving as teams collaborate to complete challenges.

We offer a range of exciting challenges, including Blind Batter, Crash Quote, Oops, Shopping Cart Fury, and Margarita Mind Wrecker, each targeting different aspects of teamwork.

The "Blind Batter" activity is a team-based challenge where a blindfolded participant attempts to smash their team's designated items, guided solely by verbal instructions from teammates. Complicating the task, the opposing team simultaneously provides misleading directions. The game involves setting up 36 items (18 per team) and alternates batters until all items are broken or the 20-minute limit expires. Scoring is based on the type of item smashed, with points awarded for breaking one's own items and penalties for hitting the opposing team's items. The activity requires a minimum of four participants, with teams consisting of 2 to 5 members each. The cost is $50 for up to 10 participants.

The "Margarita Mind Wrecker" activity is a team-based challenge that combines strategic construction and precision aiming. Teams are tasked with building a stable pyramid or tower using 30 margarita glasses within a 10-minute timeframe. The first team to complete their structure earns a10 point bonus, while any unused glasses result in a 2-point penalty each. Following construction, teams have 10 minutes to toss balls into the glasses, with points awarded based on the level of the pyramid where the ball lands (e.g., bottom level = 1 point, second level = 2 points, etc). Penalties include a 1-point deduction for each glass that falls. The activity concludes with a final mystery phase. Designed for 2 to 10 participants (1 to 5 per team), the cost is $50 for up to 10 people.

"Shopping Cart Fury" is a dynamic team-based activity that combines strategy and action. Participants are divided into two teams, each receiving a $25 budget to select dishes of varying sizes and costs: large dishes at $10 each, medium dishes at $5 each, and small dishes at $1 each. Teams have 10 minutes to select and strategically arrange their chosen items in a shopping cart, aiming to protect them during collisions. Once prepared, a member from each team propels their cart into the opponent's in a head-on collision. The goal is to break the opposing team's items while safeguarding one's own. After the collision, the value of each team's unbroken items is tallied to determine the score. The next collision you are trying to break your own items, and points will be deducted based on the value of the items not broken in each team's cart. This activity accommodates 2 to 10 participants, with 1 to 5 people per team, and is priced at $50 for up to 10 participants.

"Crash Quote" is a team-based activity where participants use slingshots to break bottles containing fragments of famous quotes. Teams of 1 to 5 members take turns aiming at ten bottles, each holding a partial phrase from two different quotes. Upon breaking a bottle, the team collects the phrase inside. If a team lacks certain phrases, they must negotiate with the opposing team to obtain the missing pieces. The objective is to accurately reconstruct the quotes and identify their authors. Correctly assembling a quote earns the team 20 points, while errors result in a 10-point deduction and the phrases being handed over to the opposing team. Identifying the correct author also awards 20 points. The game has a 30-minute time limit and is priced at $50 for up to 10 participants.

"OOPS" is a team-based competition at Liberty City Rage Room where participants aim to package glass items securely to withstand a drop test. Each team, consisting of 1 to 5 members, is allocated a $50 budget to purchase glassware and packing materials, with item prices as follows:
  • Large items: $10 each
  • Medium items: $5 each
  • Small items: $1 each
  • Box: $3 each
  • Packing paper: $1 per sheet
  • Bubble wrap: $1 per sheet
  • Tape usage: $3
Teams have a set time to pack their items, and the first team to finish selects the "delivery person" for each team. The delivery person from the opposing team throws the packaged box against the floor, with the aim of breaking as many items as possible. After the drop, the boxes are opened, and the value of the unbroken items is calculated to determine the team's score. The activity is priced at $50 for up to 10 participants (two teams).
